Re-Think Strategic Consulting Inc. was founded in December 2004 by Annie Crombie. For the past sixteen years, Annie has focused on providing strategic direction to the public sector.
Annie focuses on providing strategic direction to the public sector in areas such as:
- IM architecture and data models (for websites and applications)
- service improvement
- business transformation and business process improvement
- web strategy
- usability and user testing
- information management
- social media
- performance measurement
Her extensive list of government clients includes most major federal government departments, covering programs aimed at Canadians (G2C), business (G2B), non-Canadians, not-for-profit organizations and government employees. Annie’s work on government Web and IT projects has been instrumental in four GTEC Distinction Awards.
In addition to her public sector clients, Annie has provided strategic planning and research services to a number of Canadian and U.S. companies, educational institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. She has also taught courses and developed course materials for International Business, Accounting, Strategic Leadership and Change, Management Skills Development, Financial Management, and German courses at the Bachelors, Masters and Executive Masters Levels.
Annie has an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University (1999) and an Honours B.A. in Political Studies and German from Trent University (1997). She is also a certified usability professional (2015).
